Question by Jasmine: Can a counselor diagnose Asperger’s Syndrome?
I’m an 18 year old female getting ready to graduate college. I’m under a lot of stress for many reasons, and am getting ready to see a counselor next week. I and my family have always suspected that I have Asperger’s syndrome, and friends of mine that are Aspies have pinned me for it without my even saying anything. I’ve never pursued a professional diagnosis before but think I’m ready to. Is that something my new counselor can do or do I have to go to a psychiatrist?

Question by Jewels: How do I raise money to help with expenses for my autistic child?
I have a 10 year old autistic/aspergers son. The doctor has recommended additional schooling/programs to help him succeed. My problem is that my insurance will not cover these due to them being non-medical. I’m a single mother on limited income, I really would like to find out how to go about doing this.

Hello there,
I cant claim that i know all the answers to your problems but i have dealt with the situation of feeling useless about myself. Alot of the time i felt unreasonable shame, fear that people would not like me, guilt for everything that went wrong, a lot of sadness for my situation and amazing frustration that i had it all in life but i just could not feel good about myself. I also felt some anger as a result
i struggled with it for years and all these years i was a christian who kept praying to God to help me.

then i stumbled across a book that told me that there were two sides to life. the spiritual side and the physical side. and that the physical side manifested only what has been done in the spiritual side.

I also learnt that the spiritual side was the GOD side and the satan side. God is constantly trying to give us all the good things and the devil is also busy trying to take the away from us or give us diseases and situations that will prevent us from enjoying these good things

the devil uses means spirits such as spirits that cause low self esteem, self harm, depression and many other problems that stem from fear, guilt, shame, anger, panic attacks, anxiety and other symptoms to keep us from enjoying what God has given us. some spirits give us harmful cravings and addictions. some times he takes our opportunities away so we do not progress. that is why the bible says DEVIL IS ROARING LIKE A LION SEEKING WHOM HE MAY DEVOUR! THE DEVIL COMES TO STEAL, TO DESTROY AND TO KILL he loves to destroy. unfortunately these are done in the spirit and they manifest physically as the symptoms we have. we have fancy names and medicines for them which may help to some extent.

the fact remains that things done in the spirit can only be solved in the spirit. the only human means of affecting things in the spirit is through PRAYER. the book taught me that to solve this problem, God gave us his son JESUS CHRIST to come and die and establish our authority over the devil with his blood. we must not pray to God to come and deal with the devil but rather we must MUST pray and command the devil with the blood of JESUS to leave our lives alone in the name of JESUS.

We must also try to identify specific spirits that the devil is attacking us with eg spirit of depression, spirit of low self esteem, spirit of self harm, fear, guilt, anger etc and command them to leave us in the name of JESUS. we must do that continuously until they are completely gone. the fact is that the devil never gives up so he will keep trying but with the blood of JESUS and in the name of JESUS WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS, we will always win. I highly recommend that you pray against the spirits attacking you in the name of JESUS. in your prayer turn the blood of JESUS into any weapon and use it to fight the enemy and observe yourself for a month.
REMEMBER THE DEVIL IS JUST A BULLY WHO PICKS ON ANY ONE AT ALL AT ANY TIME AND THE BETTER IF YOU DONT FIGHT BACK
There are two sides to CHRISTIANITY;
1. the RIGHTEOUSNESS SIDE which comes from JESUS and
2.The AUTHORITY OF THE DEVIL side who also come from JESUS
Sadly, many people don’t know about the authority side which helps us to fight the enemy and get healing from all our diseases and problems
FIGHT BACK WITH PRAYERS IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND THE DEVIL WILL FLEE FROM YOU IN JESUS NAME !!!!
IT IS THE BEST SOLUTION FOR ANY DISEASE AND PROBLEM
GOD BLESS YOU, HE LOVES YOU TOO

A neurologist works with disorders of the nervous system. I’m pretty sure you’d see a psycologist, but not 100% sure.

why is it more common for men to have asperger’s?

Question by Princess Baughan: why is it more common for men to have asperger’s?
Most everything I find online talks about men in relationships or just men in general that have aspergers. Why isn’t it common for women to have aspergers? I have researched the things that people have with asperger’s and I have alot of the symptoms.
Also my step mom, mother, & mother in law all agree that I have aspergers. They see alot of the smptomes of aspergers in my personality.

Answer by jonnierodsg
Men tend to be more left brained thinkers than women, aspergers gives a lot of attention to the left side of the brain. Maybe the behavior of aspergers is more socially accepted from men than women and women work harder to fight it.
